By the end of the year, my role had subtly shifted. I was spending less time executing individual tasks and more time designing how tasks moved between systems.
The work became less about output and more about orchestration. AI wasn’t replacing effort. It was reshaping where effort was applied. That shift feels foundational going into next year.
